On 4 December 2025, the Fifth International Conference on Cooperation between Viet Nam and foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs), partners for prosperous and sustainable development, adopted a Declaration calling for continued attention, partnership, and active support from the international community, particularly development organizations, donors, enterprises, corporations, and socially responsible individuals, to join hands for a sustainable and prosperous Viet Nam. The parties committed to continuing efforts to build and strengthen sustainable cooperative relations based on mutual understanding, mutual respect, solidarity, and friendship between the people of Viet Nam and the peoples around the world. The Declaration also reaffirmed the essential role of people-to-people cooperation in promoting peace, development, and global connectivity, while expressing the hope to continue receiving long-term, responsible, and effective companionship from international partners in the coming period.
